Recycled Rewards Program
(Piggy banks and reward tokens are made from recycled materials)
Every patient in treatment will be eligible to participate in our Recycled Rewards Incentive Program. This program is designed to help you focus on areas that require your effort to ensure successful, timely, and enjoyable orthodontic treatment.
Earn 1 token for each of the following at every visit:
* Arriving on time for your appointment
* Excellent oral hygiene (no food or fuzzy stuff on your braces)
* Wearing elastics consistently (Dr. Saxe measures, so she knows)
* No loose bands, brackets or bent wires (see the naughty list)
* Wearing your Saxe Orthodontics t-shirt to your appointment
* Routine dental appointment or hygiene appointment
Bonus Tokens
*10 - refer someone to our office
* 5 - parent or sibling starts treatment
* 2 - each semester of community service
* 2 - a semester GPA of 3.0 or above

On the bottom of every plastic product, (including body lotion bottles, soda and water bottles, contact lenses, etc.), there is a number printed that corresponds to the kind of plastic used. If there is no number, the item isn't recyclable.
