Options!. . . That’s what we offer at our office. We have four different payment options to match your preference:

1. Auto Receipt: This enables you to keep a credit card on file that will charge the monthly amount of your treatment fee on whatever day you specify. It is quick, easy and hassle free! There are no late fees or service charges. All that is required from you is a credit card and a day of the month that you would like your card to be charged. The rest is up to us!


2. Orthobanc: OrthoBanc manages orthodontic payment plans by drafting the monthly payments from the responsible party’s checking account. OrthoBanc simplifies the monthly payment process making sure we receive payments on time every month.


3. Care Credit: Many patients put off treatments and procedures because they cannot afford to pay. We offer CareCredit payment plans as a convenient option to consumer credit cards, cash or checks. CareCredit allows you to pay over time often without incurring interest charges. Offering CareCredit removes the accounts receivable responsibilities from the staff and allows them to focus on recommending and providing the best care to their patients.


4. 5% Discount: Receive a 5% discount if the account is paid in full at the start of treatment.

It’s complicated! . . . Since insurance policies vary, we will glady contact your provider to determine your orthodontic benefits. While providers do not guarantee benefits, we will work closesly with them to insure that you receive your maxium benefit. Our goal is to reduce your personal cost for treatment.
